Seth (and everyone else I've dealt with at this company) are amazing people. Wonderful customer service. My AC wouldn't come on, it's a Saturday so outside of business hours, and he was at my house in half an hour! Cleared the clogged drain and got it up and running in 5 minutes! 1000% recommend JayCo for all you hvac needs!

Seth came out and got the job done very quickly and ac running again in the middle of 100 degree days and his guys came in behind him, did the final touch up pieces and cleaned everything up!

From the moment of his prompt arrival, Seth was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He immediately detected the problem and found a solution for it. Price was fair and competitive in the field, but most importantly they were honest from the start and that is something that is rare nowadays. Totally recommend JayCo and Seth as your Technician! My wife and I recently had our upstairs AC unit go out. We contacted several well known HVAC contractors first that seemed to care more about their companies bottom line rather than customer satisfaction but JayCo was by far the most helpful and straightforward. Seth went above and beyond helping us diagnose the problem and pick the most efficient unit for our needs and budget. His crew also worked quickly and efficiently on the install. We highly recommend them for any HVAC needs and will use them in the future with any other maintenance and repairs needed.

Shout out to JayCo Heat and Air. Called one of the big guys on Tuesday evening, and they couldn’t get anyone out until Friday for our busted AC. Called JayCo owner Seth and he said he would be out in the morning, and he was. He even worked around my work meeting schedule. He did the troubleshooting and ordered the replacement part right away. He prepped the job for his tech (Jay) later in the day. Jay came in the afternoon and within three hours had the coil replaced and cool air flowing! Both were friendly and really knowledgeable. Seth hires only Veterans for his small business and they produce. Jay even spared a little time to swap military service stories with me. Highly recommended!

If I could give this company 10 to 100 stars I would! They took over a botched HVAC job for us and were so thorough, professional and kind. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
