Very poor and unsafe experience. The driver was driving rashly and was frequently on phone calls while driving, which is completely unacceptable. Despite clearly discussing the drop location in advance and paying for it, he refused to drop at the agreed stop. The behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the journey. There was no support from the management when we raised concerns. Would not recommend this travel service to anyone. Giving 1 star only because that’s the minimum option - otherwise, it deserves 0. Reply to the comment from owner: At no point did we mention that the booking was made from this account. It is completely baseless to verify only by this name and use that as a reason to dismiss the feedback or avoid responsibility by saying there is no booking. Also, we have no reason to search for an unknown travel company just to post fake reviews. We have better things to do. This review is simply to make others aware of the kind of experience you provide, so they can avoid facing similar issues. The concerns mentioned - rash driving, the driver being on calls while driving, refusal to drop at the agreed location despite prior discussion and payment, and extremely rude behavior - are genuine and were experienced during the journey. Instead of labeling every negative review as fake, it would be better to acknowledge such feedback and work on improving your service.
