I was looking to change my car insurance and found State Farm. I spoke with Jay Jarvis in the Germantown MD office and he was absolutely wonderful. His attention to detail in making sure I received a good quote. His customer service was top tier. He was courteous, respectful, and professional. I would definitely recommend family and friends to call him.
