I threw my back out on a trip to Jacksonville. I decided to visit this spa because I was having a lot of pain. This place is awesome! The staff was very welcoming and understanding and the rooms were large and very clean. The masseuse who worked on me was very knowledgeable, and the pressure was perfect. I have found my new spa anytime. I am in Jacksonville. I left feeling amazing. I will definitely come here the next time I am in Jacksonville!

I used to love Jax Health. Now it's so bad. Lilly went so fast. It was not good. She was not doing it right and didn't care. Very rude. She kicked me out the back door. No water. No good bye.

First went in April great experience so I came back. Walk in at 3:31pm and was done at 3:55pm. Paid $80hr. Not the same experience

The service is very bad. They agree on an hour of $80 and give a massage for 20 minutes and ask for an increase in the amount

Spa is clean with large private rooms and very beautiful, friendly, professional girls. Massage will leave you relaxed and renewed. I never felt rushed and will definitely return.
