NOTE: This is more a review for Jasmine as a realtor, vs the great team she works with, and she deserves so much more, but this is surely a start. Wow. Again, wow. That's the first word I think of to describe Ms. Jasmine McKenzie whenever anyone asks me about the realtor I used to buy my special home in Marysville, OH. Sure, there are plenty of adjectives and verbs and nouns I could use to describe the amazing experience Jasmine provided me and my family as we spent 5 months looking for a new place to call home, but I think 'Wow' is the best of them all, because unlike some realtors I've worked with in recent past, Jasmine consistently dazzled and delivered. Jasmine is clearly an experienced professional with a multitude of strengths, and she actually made the homebuying process enjoyable for me... (Trust me on this, I know how that last sentence sounds, like I'm pretending I had a ton of fun at my last dentist appointment, but it's the truth - Jasmine is just that magical). On top of everything else, Jasmine is an absolutely delightful person and a wonderful friend to those trying to make sense of an ever changing housing market.. If you're looking for someone who has a WEALTH of knowledge and networking contacts, someone who is always responsive and accountable, organized and attentive, a talented and truly empathetic professional who even works well with families who have to bring the babies and toddlers along (true story, it wasn't 15 minutes after the entire family first met Jasmine in front of the first showing she recommended, that our 4 year old excitedly exclaimed Jasmine was his newest best friend 😂), someone who does not hesitate to give you all the information she knows you need to make properly informed decisions, while always using a communication style that is kind, thoughtful, considerate, and supportive, and you're also curious what it would be like to experience this sort of realtor - then contact her immediately, because she is a gem, and she loves what she does. I now live in a wonderfully adorable and charming home in a wonderfully adorable and charming neighborhood, because of Jasmine. Because she decided to go the extra mile for my family at least two dozen times, and then decided to end-cap everything with a miracle she manifested last Thanksgiving. There I was, with the relatives, when she called to tell me about a second opportunity to bid on a property we fell in love with a month prior but watched get de-listed a day before we were going to submit our bid.... And she had convinced the seller to approach us first! Just wow - get what I mean now? I can't promise she'll have miracles for everyone all the time, but I promise you won't be treated more fairly by any other realtor, and I promise she'll give you all the support she has to help fulfill your property needs, and that's truly remarkable, and a tremendous reflection on what an awesome and wonderful person she is. I can now say, having worked with Jasmine, that no other realtor has impressed me from start to finish like Jasmine has, and that I have never experienced a realtor who continuously provided the kind of advocacy and representation she gave my family. This house was the second best choice I have ever made, right after the first best choice I made to keep working with Jasmine after first meeting her. Her hard work, exemplary counsel, and invaluable support is why she's now at the top of my list of people I will always call first about any additional property sales/purchasing decisions.
