my recent experience at Japan Electronics in Islamabad was absolutely fantastic. I was in the market for a new refrigerator and was impressed by their extensive collection of home appliances from all the top brands.
The staff at the Islamabad branch were incredibly helpful, guiding me through their range of Dawlance inverter refrigerators without any pressure. They explained the features, energy efficiency, and warranty details clearly, which helped me make an informed decision.

I purchased a cooking range from Japan Electronics two weeks back. The cooking range was faulty and wasnt functioning properly. Firstly, visits of technicians were arranged and when the issue wasnt resolved, Japan Electronics thankfully replaced the cooking range for us. Thank you to Mr. Sameer and Mr. Hasan who assisted and guided us in the complete process. Great aftersale services especially Sameer sb.
