We experienced a sudden family passing and Janowicz stepped in immediately to help us navigate the logistics and procedures necessary .... all while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and compassion. Melissa and Margo made pre-planning our cremations fairly easy. Both are compassionate, caring, and ready to help with anything that we needed. Their kindness meant so much, especially since I lost my husband a short time later. I was so thankful that we had pre-planned.
