Tony is an amazing guy. 99% of tow truck drivers only care about getting paid. Tony is truly part of the 1% that prioritizes making sure your car is never harmed during a tow. I value this incredibly. I love my cars. He takes extreme care and shows up quickly. I’ll use him anytime I need a tow with no hesitation. Highly recommend!!!

Tony is a life saver. I wrecked on a icy highway and he went to extreme lengths to make sure my dogs and I were safe as he quickly and expertly extricated us. He was also very kind on the ride back, which absolutely wasn't necessary but deeply appreciated. Whatever they are paying him, it isn't enough.

Tony of Janie Harling Towing was absolutely amazing and professional! After a very long initial eta, Tony showed up in a much shorter time than expected. His truck was fantastic as well with blue lights flashing and I have never seen that before. Tony spoke to me like we knew each other for the past 20 years! His personality was fun, professional, and extremely hospitable! Thank you for taking a bad situation and making it a great situation!

I was stuck at a hotel when my car wouldnt start. Luckily enough Tommy had just pulled into the hotel. Asked him to help me start my car, he came over and had it started in 10 seconds with his jump box. Thanks Tommy! Great people here!

My car insurance company is contracted with them for 24/7 towing. My car was less than 2 miles from there location and only needed towed 5 minutes up the road. The eta was 65-105 minutes for pick up. Honestly I understand waiting, it was a Saturday & since they likely only have 1 truck, they were likely busy on another call. However at midnight after being updated they were 35 minutes away I get a text saying that they were unable to get the car and they canceled it. No call to explain, no call to ask if I minded waiting. Why cancel it? It makes no sense. It could have waited until they got back from the job, instead it was canceled to be sent back to liberty mutual to find someone else local. Very unreliable service. I paid cash for someone else to do it & will ask for reimbursement from them directly.

Super pros. Very helpful and friendly thanks for picking up in the bad weather. You can't ask for a better tow experience. He made a long day a bit easier to handle

Do not try to talk to them at all if you choose them. They will just hang up the phone and call you a liar, so good luck. Correct — I was not a customer. During our phone conversation, you hung up on me and accused me of lying. I have never left a review for any other towing company. If that claim is incorrect, please edit your response and list the companies you believe I reviewed so others can verify whether that statement is accurate.
