My car insurance company is contracted with them for 24/7 towing. My car was less than 2 miles from there location and only needed towed 5 minutes up the road. The eta was 65-105 minutes for pick up. Honestly I understand waiting, it was a Saturday & since they likely only have 1 truck, they were likely busy on another call. However at midnight after being updated they were 35 minutes away I get a text saying that they were unable to get the car and they canceled it. No call to explain, no call to ask if I minded waiting. Why cancel it? It makes no sense. It could have waited until they got back from the job, instead it was canceled to be sent back to liberty mutual to find someone else local. Very unreliable service. I paid cash for someone else to do it & will ask for reimbursement from them directly.
