In Long Beach, Jamboree Housing Corporation has commenced work on a new affordable housing complex just east of the A Line.
The 101, named for its address at 101 E. Pacific Coast Highway, will calls for the construction of a five-story building featuring 52 one- and two-bedroom apartments above parking for 20 vehicles, according to information included on a project website.
The building is portrayed in a rendering as a contemporary podium-type structure.
