After six years at 2nd & PCH, Noble Rotisserie has officially entered a new chapter—one that feels less like a move and more like a thoughtful evolution. The beloved rotisserie concept, led by owner Sidney Price (a.k.a. Mama Bird), has reopened in a smaller, right-sized space within the center’s pavilion, just steps from its original location near the water fountain.
