1. You choose the frequency that works for you, I usually suggest weekly or fortnightly because it's easier and faster to 'maintain' than it is to do a deep clean each time... so it works out more cost effective for you.
2. I usually suggest I clean the kitchen and bathrooms as well as all the floors on each visit. From there, we just add the other items you'd like cleaned to suit your needs.
