Disappointed and frustrated with my experience.
Jamark Plumbing came to my property on behalf of another company to assess and remedy a potential warranty issue. The plumber was here for under five minutes, decided there was no problem, and then charged me for a full hour of labour. When I questioned the invoice, Shona from the office said it was their “standard policy,” but it felt completely unreasonable for the amount of time and effort involved.
The lack of transparency around pricing and the dismissive attitude when I raised my concern with Shona was unacceptable. I won’t be using Jamark Plumbing ever again, and I’d recommend that going forward they are up front about their rates.
