Disappointed and frustrated with my experience.
Jamark Plumbing came to my property on behalf of another company to assess and remedy a potential warranty issue. The plumber was here for under five minutes, decided there was no problem, and then charged me for a full hour of labour. When I questioned the invoice, Shona from the office said it was their “standard policy,” but it felt completely unreasonable for the amount of time and effort involved.
The lack of transparency around pricing and the dismissive attitude when I raised my concern with Shona was unacceptable. I won’t be using Jamark Plumbing ever again, and I’d recommend that going forward they are up front about their rates.

I wouldn’t engage with this company at all. They are doing a lot of work on a new development in Rotorua down the end of collie drive where I stay and the workers are constantly leaving they’re lunch rubbish and plumbing offcuts outside our home. Every time they leave site, it’s always a mess. They are not considerate of the neighbours around and it’s also not fair trying to block in homeowners to their own access! Don’t engage with this company for any work, they are unprofessional, messy and inconsiderate. I will update this review with pictures to come because no doubt, they will continue to do the crap they are doing.
