🌳⚡ Fallen Tree Takes Out Home's Power in Lake Sherwood
We recently helped a homeowner in 📍 Lake Sherwood after a fallen tree in their side yard knocked out power to the home and damaged the electrical service riser.
With the damage to the wires and connection to the home from the utility, it was not safe!
Edison had to disconnect power to the home while the area was cleared and the electrical damage was addressed by our team.
⚡ Jake Electric handled the electrical work from start to finish, including:
• Repairing the damaged service riser
• Replacing the electrical panel
• Adding a generator backup connection for future emergency power
• Coordinating the required permitting and inspection
• Working through the process with Edison to safely restore service
Within just a few days, the electrical work was completed, the inspection process was handled, and power was restored to the home.
