Great customer service! I called to replace the very very old locks of my house. Before giving me a quote, Flavio required a few pictures of my existing locks and called me to explain different alternatives and suggested a most cost-efficient method to my locks. On the day he came, he was very professional and efficient. Installed three new locks, cleaned everything, and even fixed many loose door knobs of my home. Highly recommend!
