Not a place I’d personally recommend, though I’m not saying they’re horrible. They clearly have good ratings, and I’m sure that’s for a reason. My two-star rating is based on my experience with the front desk staff, not the psychiatrist.
When my psychiatrist prescribed a medication that happened to be in short supply, I called the office to let them know. The front desk staff member I spoke with told me, “You’ll have to call around, there’s not much we can do.” It wasn’t said in a rude way, but the tone came across as indifferent like they didn’t really care.
I also got the impression this office might be a better fit for women the overall vibe just seemed more geared toward them it’s really hard to explain and That might just be my perception, but after switching to a new practice I’ve noticed a big difference. My rating isn’t a reflection of the psychiatrist herself, who was professional but rather my experience with the front desk interaction.
