Ernie, services advisor is awesome. Always goes out of his way to help me out! Totally happy with my cars and with the customer service at the service dept. I’ve only ever had to get maintenance. Never any issues. 23 ftype, 25defender.

Dishonest, deceitful, cunning, scheming…This is the type of customer service you will receive when you go to one of the Patrick car dealerships. I have been a customer of Patrick Jaguar/Land Rover in Naperville, Illinois for twenty years, and I have witness the decline in customer service over the past three years; particularly within the service department. Their main objective is not to offer great quality service. I can deal with the lack of kindness and courtesy. What is most upsetting for me as a customer is being charged and paying for a service that my car did not need; being lied to about that service; mis-diagnosing my car; performing an unauthorized repair and attempting to charge me for it; having the customer sign a quote for repair service then adding miscellaneous fees to the bill to increase it; being unwilling to clearly explain and answer questions concerning the repair of my car, I can go on and on. This service department will utilize every deceitful trick to increase your car repair bill. It is done with deliberate intent. They have no concern for the customer at all. In addition, the service representatives always request that you give them a perfect ten on the follow-up service survey that is emailed to the customer a couple of days after the service on their car is complete. If you express any discontent with the service, the service representative ensures that the customer does not receive a survey to express their concerns or give the appropriate feedback based on their experience; so the customer is denied the opportunity to share their discontent with the service they received. The service representatives silence the voices dissatisfied customers. This is another dishonest practice of the service representatives at Patrick Jaguar/Land Rover in Naperville, Illinois. The “Patrick Promise” is pure deception. I would not recommend the Patrick car dealerships. There is a lack of integrity in their business practices.

Did business with them on and off over many years. They went from “OK” to “Excellent”. I own several luxury vehicles and dealt with many dealerships. I dread going to any dealership getting through the hole purchase spiel. But this time it was a pleasure. Purchased a new Range Rover. And they made the experience a great one. The sales lady (Viridiana) was very knowldgable and we got a fair offer on our tradein from the getgo. No games, no BS. Also, THANK YOU to Bill (Sales Manager) and Viridiana for the great Lego gift for my son. He is very busy now lol.

service department is really long. many ti.es my car has been there for extended periods (weeks and in 1 case 7 weeks). they seem to believe as long as they provide a loaner, it really doesn't matter how long they have your car. Also I know it's usual, but they really try to upsell you. the worst visit was at 50000mi. they told me I needed $6000 worth of work. Is so , what kind of autos are they selling.

Very unprofessional. I went to get a car wash and was told that it would be 1 hour and 30 minutes. After 2 hours and 15 minutes or so I asked the status of my courtesy wash and was told that it hasn't been washed and that it kept getting pushed back due to new car purchases that needed to be washed even though this occurred after my car was already taken to get a wash. If the intention was for me to keep waiting until they put other people ahead of me who they felt were more important, they should have mentioned that before they took my key. This place has no decency or respect for other people's time.

Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.

Bought a used vehicle from this dealership on December 2nd. Started having issues with the air suspension and radio the same night. By that time the dealership had already closed. Not even 2 months later the "amazing" extended warranty they sold me only covers part of the things needed to fix it. The warranty company also wanted to put USED parts on the vehicle and didn't want to pay for the entire amount of labor. I'm having to come out of pocket $1,400 for this vehicle I haven't even owned for 2 months. If it was an option I'd gladly return it to them and move on. Worst experience I've ever had. Would not recommend buying from this dealership and if you do DO NOT buy the continental warranty. It's absolute GARBAGE. I also still have not received my license plates for the vehicle. And the temp tag expires in less than 2 weeks.

We had an excellent experience from the moment we walked into the dealership. We worked with Cyrus who was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the entire process. I love my new Defender and I’m glad I purchased it at Land Rover of Naperville!
