I want to thank the team at Gold Coast Jaguar Land Rover who put together the most comprehensive value add car deal I've ever seen. This team worked seamlessly with each ither to make what was a Saturday pop in and have a look to securing my dream vehicle with all the things you'd wish for in the luxury car market. From financing to insurance and on road process. That Thursday I was driving away in my new car. If you want to feel special and get the straight story with the support to keep your car in mint from beginning to end its this team at Gold Coast Jaguar. Thanks again 👌

I forgot to post about my purchase of my new Jaguar in 2019. I went to the Gold Coast for a holiday an ended up buying a new car. The staff there are amazing, no hassle, with them sending the vehicle up to Cairns. Will definitely buy my next car there again. I have purchased my second Jaguar from Gold Coast Jaguar I live in Cairns and would not deal with anyone else, but this from buying my new F Pace it was here in Cairns to service I received from Nafis and Damien was fantastic keep me informed when the vehical was being transported it was great that they also bought my other Jag off me. Thanks again to you both.

Dan and Paul were amazing from the start at looking at purchasing a new car. No ? we're left unanswered and would highly recommend them if looking to purchase a near new used car. Great job to both of them.

Do not buy any vehicle from this dealer. We have had a terrible experience with this dealer. The car has continually failed and they have charged us exorbitant amounts of money for their analysis, to tell us it’s faulty!

Absolutely crap service. Attended to get a key ownership change done as per their app instruction to go to your local dealership. It doesn’t tell you to make an appointment etc. Drove the hour to get here to find no one onsite knows who handles it! Then to be told I should have made an appointment with sales first despite the app telling me to go to the dealership not call them. Then they couldn’t make the appointment. Said someone would call me. 11 days still no follow up. Service is really really poor. Would give 0 stars if I could.

**Review of Range Rover Experience - A Tale of Disappointment and Unresolved Issues** I have been a loyal Range Rover owner since 2019, but my experience with the brand has been nothing short of a nightmare. My first Range Rover was plagued with issues from the start. After a year of relentless communication, I finally received a new vehicle, which I was assured would be trouble-free. For a year, that promise held true. However, for the past two years, the replacement vehicle has been in and out of the workshop more times than I can count. Despite still being under warranty for another two years, the vehicle has caused my family and me an immense amount of stress and inconvenience. I have taken the car back repeatedly, each time being assured that the issues have been resolved, only to have them reoccur. I’ve escalated the matter to head office, pleaded for a resolution, and yet I find myself in the same frustrating situation. I was hesitant to write this review, hoping that the issues would be resolved without having to go public. I’ve tried countless times to make this right, always hoping that Range Rover would stand by their product and provide a lasting solution. Unfortunately, I have reached my last resort, with no other option but to share my experience. What is most disappointing is the lack of support and responsibility from Land Rover. The stress this situation has caused me, both emotionally and financially, is indescribable. I love the safety features of the Range Rover, especially for my children, but no amount of safety can justify the constant anxiety and disruption this vehicle has caused. All I have asked for is a fair resolution—a refund so that I can move on from this brand that has, unfortunately, let me down time and time again. I’ve given Range Rover multiple chances to make things right, but it seems that they are unwilling to come to the table and address the ongoing issues with their product. I am beyond disappointed and am now seriously questioning how a brand with such a reputation can allow a loyal customer to endure such an experience. I urge Land Rover to take responsibility for their product and to provide the resolution I deserve. If you are considering purchasing a Range Rover, I would caution you to think twice. The vehicle may be marketed as a luxury, but the experience I have had is anything but.

I gave one as i couldn't give none. The most incompetent, inefficient, unskilled and appalling communications you could find. 4 weeks to fix my car. No loan car (when i found they should have provided), no care, and charged through the roof... oh and wanted me to get a key battery changed for over $900. got it done elsewhere for $25. Disgraceful

Thanks to Ben, Willow and the team. Felt good about the whole thing, and the process did flow fast and managed to get it all done without any problems. When things flow it means it meant to be. Felt like a valued customer and was happy about the whole thing, great facilites and friendly team. I felt lucky that Ben was the person servicing me and felt in good hands after with Willow organizing the bureaucracy. In one day all done and approved just before tax time. Came back a few days later to pick up the car with my family. Great experience. Thanks Bem and Willow! Still can believe I drive an amazing Jaguar!

I spent $1200,on brakes,car was returned to me new brake pads ,rotors, rebuilt calipers,and never been right, maybe done 2000km since and is worse than when I took it in, called them, now they want more money to just look at it, so if made a complaint to fair trading, the staff I spoke to talked over the top of me instead of listening,I thought a manager was supposed to fix issues,all this person managed to do was make me shake my head and kick myself for buying a luxury car from them . Car has done 50,796. Was a nice car to drive,now it's not, the aragence is discussing

The young man Jett, was absolutely fantastic in helping me purchase my new Rangey. He was great from start to finish and left me with a big smile on my face. Also, his associate Julian was also great in assisting me when Jett was on leave. These blokes really know what they are doing and arent your typical scumbag car dealers, these fellas are legit! Thanks again guys i love my new car. Cheers
