Jacob and his service were excellent. I contacted him on a Saturday for an iPad screen repair. He responded immediately with a quote and made arrangements to pick up near my house. He was so professional and his communication was prompt and informative. He had the screen repair ready within hours and made pickup and payment very convenient. Highly highly recommend!!!

I wish I could have given more stars! I dropped my phone at work & could not use it. My first thought was Oh No I have to buy a new phone. Then I remembered seeing Jacob's sign in my neighborhood. I went there after work & was met by Jacob with a friendly smile & how can I help you. Right away I knew I was in the right place! He explained my options & the very next day my phone was fixed. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Jacob's is your one stop shop!!

My external hard drive fell and would not work. I panicked because all of my important data is there. I found Jacob on Google. He answered right away and I hired him to recover my data. He talked me through the process, provided me with constant updates, expedited the timeline, and made sure that all of my data was successfully recovered within 24 hours! I brought Jacob a dead USB flash drive that I needed data recovered from. After a week I had my data recover onto a new USB flash drive. Jacob gave me a very reasonable price, explaining each step of the repair process. I will definitely recommend Jacob to everyone I know!

My Surface Pro 5 got fried! It went out as soon as a inserted my charger. After doing tons of research, I decided to take my fried tablet to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. Unfortunately, they were unable to recover my data or my fried tablet. However, the Geek Squad representative advised me to Google search recovery data companies. I called so many places, I lost count. In the end, I stumbled upon Jacob's Electronic Repair and from there we scheduled a drop off day and time. Not weeks later, Jacob miraculously recovered my files. I couldn't be more happier! The process wasn't easy but I'm glad he got it done! Very cool and chill guy. Not very comfortable with laptops so I brought it here. USB ports weren't working after a drop and Jacob was ready to do anything he could to fix it for me. Turned out to be an easy fix so it was repaired in like 15 minutes. Come here if you want to feel like a priority and for a fast fix.

Asked Jacob to retrieve data from a dead cell phone. He tried many methods, constantly updating us on the status, explaining why, how, and other options if no success. Our request for his service is mainly based on trust, as there is a lot of personal information on the phone. He successfully transferred all the data from the old phone to the new one with a very fair charge.
