10/10 I highly recommend. I received several quotes for a new windshield and they gave the best quote. They were very understanding while I explored my options. Before coming to a decision my driver side regulator broke and my window was stuck in a down position on a rainy day. In a hurry, I went to a big name glass shop, they quoted me over $1300 for the windshield alone because they couldn’t help me with the regulator. They helped tape up my window in the meantime. I texted Jacob’s to request an appointment. We quickly set a date and time. When i went in they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a comfortable waiting area with wifi and coffee. Only an hour later my windshield was replaced and regulator was fixed for about $800 (w/o insurance). Thank you so much!

Took our vehicle on two road trips this year and came home with cracked windshields. We were very pleased with the first windshield replacement earlier this year so we did a claim with our insurance company and asked to go back to Jacobs. They are so nice and do great work. Thank you!

Let me start with I've never broken/cracked or chipped my window in my entire life...and then it happend. One frosty morning a chip turn into a Crack and it was game over. My brother recommend Jacobs and it literally was the best experience I've had in my entire life when dealing with my vehicle. Great staff, super friendly and quick! But wait....the story doesn't end there! On the same day within hours my window was cracked again. Some may think what a nightmare, I did at first. I made the dreaded call and they said no problem come back in. They got me right in and took care of everything. I never leave reviews but I just had to so anyone who needs something done, and done right, if your NOT going to Jacobs your missing out. You won't find a better place anywhere.

Very nice, professional team here. They got my vehicle in the shop immediately for a rock chip. I only waited 15/20 minutes and the cost was very affordable. I think they even cleaned some of the interior! Very unexpected - but awesome service!

On the word of a friend, I trusted Jacob's to replace my windshield. They got me in quick. They were professional, fast and friendly. The cost was exactly what I was quoted which was much less than Safelite. I don't live anywhere near the valley but the drive was worth it. The waiting area is clean and comfortable too. I've been to Jacob's three times now-two for rock chips and once to replace a windshield. They are very fairly priced, friendly and quick. I think they are a family business too. Highly recommend!
