I can not say enough good things about Jacob and his team. They helped me replace the main diamond in my engagement ring that had chipped. They assisted me with my insurance company and were incredibly patient through the entire process. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with explaining all of your options and take their time with you. They truly have a passion for what they do and it shows! My ring is absolutely beautiful and will go to Jacob for everything I need in the future!

This place has great people working here. Down in Myrtle Beach on vacation and went in here looking at watches and left there with a beautiful price. I went to Jacob the Jeweler earlier today to have a bracelet fixed… I wanted to see how much it would cost. Paul, took my bracelet, fixed it, and said there was no charge! Absolutely amazing! He was so pleasant and the store had some beautiful things. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend … Paul helped me when I brought my engagement ring in to have a side stone replaced. They examined my ring and recommended to also build up a few prongs on my side diamonds. They cleaned and dipped my engagement ring and wedding band. Fast turn around time. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my rings with them. BEYOND happy and will definitely return. There are no words to describe the quality of the jewelry , the care of the customer and the workmanship of the finished product. Staying inside our budget Paul Weber did so well I literally broke out in tears. If you go anywhere else you're selling yourself and anyone you buy for short. Money doesn't dictate the quality of service and we will never ho anywhere else. It's worth making the trip if your not local. I'm sure all the jeweler's are just as good at Jacob but I would personally ask for Paul.

Hands down, some of the most personable and welcoming customer service we have ever experienced! I brought my engagement ring in for my first fitting (9 months after it was given to me and 3 weeks before our wedding!!) and we were shocked that they were able to happily resize my ring in just a few days!! They are so accommodating and we will absolutely be back for all of our future jewelry purchases. Also, a huge plus, they had a sweet little chihuahua named Lily who made my day!! 110% recommend Jacob the Jewler!!
