I am so extremely thankful for Jacob and his crew of magic makers!🩷 My fiance purchased a ring and band from a different jeweler that produced an unsatisfactory result after soldering the pieces together. I came to Jacob’s business desperate for some fixing. They were extremely hospitable and accommodating while custom building my pieces back together, for a very fair price. Thank you SO much for doing such an amazing job and making my experience so great. Lilly, jacob’s dog made the experience so much sweeter!

Everyone in the shop was so incredibly kind and friendly. We were in the area for our honeymoon and I needed my wedding band resized. We dropped it off on a Tuesday with a pickup on Friday and we got the call that my ring was ready the next day! It is perfect now and I got to wear it for my whole honeymoon because of this lovely team! Thank you all!!

I had a ring custom-made for me two years ago unfortunately ;I dropped it in some soil and tried to clean it myself with a chemical which tarnished the entire finish of my ring I took it to Jake the jewelers in the Market Common and told them what I had done His assistant told me they would do their best on it with no guarantees because of the damage I had done with the chemicals There best exceeded all my expectations not only did they remove the tarnish on the sides of the ring they polished it so the luster returned and it looks brand new The other surprise was when they handed me the invoice. It was more than reasonable to the point I asked them if it was correct. They assured me it was correct and hoped I was happy with their results I was more than happy I was ecstatic. I never thought they could get the ring back to when it was new You will never find a more welcoming ;reputable honest jeweler anywhere

I recently wanted to purchase a cross necklace and I visited this shop. They had a tremendous selections of cross pendants. The salesman was extremely helpful and patient with me. He offered great suggestions during the selection process. In about a week, my pendant arrived and it was put on the chain I had selected. I am beyond happy with my necklace. If you need a jeweler for any reason, Jacob the Jeweler is the only place to consider because their customer service is superb, their knowledge is unbeatable, and their inventory is tremendous.

Fair and honest. Took a lot of costume jewelry there for an appraisal and walked out with $1200. They pay 90% of market value for gold and silver. There are others that pay a little more, but you can trust Jacob to be fair and honest. The staff are also courteous and helpful. Stop by and ask as many questions as you need, they can help.

I stopped in the store a couple months ago looking for an engagement ring to propose with. I couldn’t find anything in my budget, nobody’s fault, it is what it is. But, their professionalism and friendliness impressed me. I did find a bridal set that was in my price range elsewhere and purchased it. Without hesitation, I took the set to them for re sizing. Not only did they complete the job in half the time they told me, but the set was given back to me and looked brand new after polishing and the cleaning they did. I’m very impressed by this place and will definitely go back to them for any jewelry needs if the occasion ever arises. Would highly recommend Jacob and his team!

Great spot in every way. My fiancée and I are looking to upgrade my ring, so I stopped in today to see Jamie; I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and respectful sale approach. The entire team is welcoming and makes you feel valued and heard. I look forward to doing business with them :)

This jeweler is absolutely fantastic, I needed my Burberry bracelet adjusted and they had me out of there within 10 minutes. Fantastic customer service and great conversations. Highly recommend!!!

Just picked up a vintage Submariner from this place. Jamie and Brandon are stand up dudes, if you’re looking to pick up a watch or jewelry this needs to be your first stop. Super knowledgeable, kind and trustworthy. My wife and I just had a horrible experience with one of the shops in Charleston, we wish we would have dealt with these guys first.
