Outstanding Experience I just purchased a Ram ProMaster Cargo Van from Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Westside, and I can honestly say this was the first truly positive car-buying experience I’ve ever had! From start to finish, my salesman Curtis was absolutely amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed. There was no pressure, no runaround—just honest communication and excellent service. What truly set this dealership apart was the personal touch from the owner, Tommy. He actually came out to greet me and personally thank me for my business. That meant a lot and made me feel truly valued as a customer. You just don’t see that level of involvement and appreciation very often anymore. The entire team made the process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable—something I never thought I’d say about buying a vehicle! If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you with respect, appreciation, and top-tier service, I highly recommend Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Westside. Ask for Curtis and know you’re in great hands! Thank you all for making this such a wonderful experience!

I will NEVER buy another dodge from this dealership. You lost a customer for life... I show up for my appointment being told nothing about being charged for warranty inspection. The service advisor started having an adittude towards me which set the tone for me to have one back. I have a bumper to bumper warranty and was told 3 different things. I won't be charged, there's a charge of $335. you get charged then if its covered you'll be refunded. because they couldn't tell me if it was under warranty or not. $335 or a 15 minute inspection is complete robbery. I ended up calling ram care what a joke. they told me all warranty has to be paid prior, whats the point of offering a warranty? I ended up that same day getting the door panel fixed took 20 minutes and didn't pay no where near $335 and wait 4 hours for a inspection. Problem was the plastic rivets where to thin an pulled themselves thru the door panel which leads me to believe it was a manufacturing defect and probably is a known issue. I disabled the trucks wireless and obd2 port prior to my appointment and told the service advisor you're not connecting to my vehicle. which upset him. he spent a long time trying even after I told him I'm not giving you permission to access my data. Dealership apparently is more concerned about connecting to my truck than the door panel. I watched him legit messing around under the dash. told him i do not want a car wash and I'm not here for the recall which he tried to push then got even more frustrated when he hears the word no. I was told its 4 hours to look at a door panel? why setup an appointment if your telling me to leave the vehicle there. The reason i disabled access to my vehicle is 4 days prior to my appointment i find a tracking device plugged into my trucks obd2 port, dealership brushed it off as nothing. I filed a police report. i was never informed they installed a gps tracking device on my new truck and did not disclose this during the purchase. If you bought a vehicle here i recommend looking under your dashboard. (Photos enclosed show service advisor, gps tracking device, before and after repairs on door panel)

Coming to this place for service was the worst experience ever, I had an appointment for a recall an it took them 3weeks to get me my car bk an it's running like shit now, the part that was recalled was the airbag system and you would think the the inside airbag light would be off showing that it's fixed but that's not the case light still showing bad, I also had the worst time trying to get ahold of the guy in charge of over seeing my car , Casey was his name an he never followed up with calls or text, I texted him a few different days an called but no response from him, even the receptionist was trying to get him to answer an he still wouldn't answer my calls or text, I finally get my car after 3weeks of sitting there an my car was filthy so I asked for a car wash an they threw water on my car n u can tell it wasn't taken care of like one would expect when they have your car that long. Overall ur better off not coming to this location those service workers don't seem to want to really help the customer, no real care.

From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealership the experience was fantastic. My salesperson, George was a true professional. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, respected my budget, and there was zero pressure to buy. The entire process, from the test drive to signing the final papers with Roger in finance, was quick, transparent, and stress-free. I got a great deal on our Jeep Grand Cherokee and felt like a valued customer. This is how car buying should be. Highly recommend George, Vlad, Roger and the whole team! Thank you all!

Absolute best experience ever dealing with a car lot. Everything and everyone from sales to finance was exquisite. I have never had such a personal experience with any dealer. This was our first time buying a brand new car, any vehicle we buy going forward will absolutely be from JCJDR Westside. Shout to George Nammour, very friendly and honest, absolutely no fake to him.I will whole heartedly recommend him and this dealership to anyone and everyone going forward. Thanks for an amazing experience

I had to delete my old review to post a new one. Once again, this Dealership has failed in such a way that I feel the need to post a lengthy review. I took my 2023 Hellcat into the dealership to have repair work done after striking debris on the highway. (The front air dam and splash shield were damaged.) While waiting for the insurance adjuster to come inspect the vehicle Jacksonville CJDR Westside parked my $80k vehicle in a back lot parking spot backed up against Commonwealth Ave in clear view of the passing road and sidewalk traffic. On the night of Dec 12th sometime after midnight my vehicle was broke into. The dealership stated the perpetrators crossed the entire back lot to reach my vehicle. So, they parked on a side road and crossed the entirety of the dealership backlot to reach my vehicle. My car was individually targeted as no other car was broken into based on the police statement. So, the dealership has security cameras that they were able to review the footage the following morning, but no night security on-site to protect anything nor apparently does their security camera system alert anyone to movement on the lot after hours. They stole the Hood, broke the passenger window to gain access to the vehicle and stole all the Demonic Red seats (Front and Rear) from the vehicle and mind you they had to carry these fully back across the entire dealership back lot to return to wherever they parked their own vehicle. It was not until after the vehicle was broken into and the passenger window nothing more than a piece of cellophane and an exposed engine, that the dealership decided maybe they should secure the vehicle inside one of the garages least more things be stolen from it. I was provided with a Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office pamphlet with a case ID number and not much else the morning after the break in. I was told if I had any questions, concerns or issues to contact the dealership GM “Vlad” that he would be my POC while this got sorted out. I have had to reach out multiple times to attempt to get updates from “Vlad” as he is the only POC for this issue, no one else has any perinate information when I call or stop by the dealership. I have emailed and texted “Vlad” multiple times and received no response at all. After one such scenario I called and asked for a corporate POC, and they refused to provide one saying I “had” to speak to “Vlad” he claimed he had not received an email from me and had gotten busy and forgot to respond to the text. It is now 30 days later and all I know at this point is they have supposedly gotten clearance from their Insurance Company to order the parts to replace what was stolen and vague guarantees from “Vlad” that they are going to make this right. I have asked multiple times for a breakdown of what was all stolen or damaged (a comprehensive parts/repair list) which I still have not received. I asked for this as I saw damage in multiple areas (deep gouges in paint, window trim seals, etc… I sent “Vlad” a text yesterday 1/12/26 at 1:14pm asking for an update that indicated delivered but still unread and no reply to. At this point I am considering if I need to seek and engage legal counsel to make sure Jacksonville CJDR Westside actually takes this matter seriously as my mandatory single “POC” seems to just be ignoring me and refusing to respond and so that that I can make sure that my vehicle gets repaired properly because at this point I have zero confidence in this dealership in any way and the legal route is starting to feel like the only avenue left to sort out responsiveness, repairs, and possibly vehicle depreciation issues while the dealership basically refuses to communicate with me while having my vehicle for 30+ days unless I physically show up at the location and demand to see “Vlad”. 1/14/25 @ 9:13am - And in typical JAX CDJR Westside fashion they were responding to reviews 11 hours ago but only commented on 5 star reviews and completely ignored the negative reviews...

Went to Westside CJDR to look at new Ram 1500’s in order to get prices. My salesman, Asbel Ulloa, was a great resource for what I doing and treated me with respect. We found what I was looking for and even though I wasn’t quite ready to make the purchase at that time, he respected my decision to wait. After I made my decision to go ahead and purchase the truck, I contacted Asbel and he did an excellent job getting things ready for me. Process went smoothly and I was in and out in about 2 hours. It was a pleasant experience and I thank Asbel and Westside CJDR for everything!

Luis was a phenomenal sales associate to me. I had my eyes set on a beautiful big horn ram 1500. I was able to grab a good deal and Luis had great patience and helped with all my questions. I greatly appreciate you all at this dealership. Thank you.

I went and traded in my car today with absolutely no idea what I wanted. Darius and Paul were very patient with me as I went back and forth between vehicles and colors. They made my experience wonderful and would highly recommend them. I will be back!
