Outstanding Experience I just purchased a Ram ProMaster Cargo Van from Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Westside, and I can honestly say this was the first truly positive car-buying experience I’ve ever had! From start to finish, my salesman Curtis was absolutely amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed. There was no pressure, no runaround—just honest communication and excellent service. What truly set this dealership apart was the personal touch from the owner, Tommy. He actually came out to greet me and personally thank me for my business. That meant a lot and made me feel truly valued as a customer. You just don’t see that level of involvement and appreciation very often anymore. The entire team made the process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable—something I never thought I’d say about buying a vehicle! If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you with respect, appreciation, and top-tier service, I highly recommend Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Westside. Ask for Curtis and know you’re in great hands! Thank you all for making this such a wonderful experience!

I will NEVER buy another dodge from this dealership. You lost a customer for life... I show up for my appointment being told nothing about being charged for warranty inspection. The service advisor started having an adittude towards me which set the tone for me to have one back. I have a bumper to bumper warranty and was told 3 different things. I won't be charged, there's a charge of $335. you get charged then if its covered you'll be refunded. because they couldn't tell me if it was under warranty or not. $335 or a 15 minute inspection is complete robbery. I ended up calling ram care what a joke. they told me all warranty has to be paid prior, whats the point of offering a warranty? I ended up that same day getting the door panel fixed took 20 minutes and didn't pay no where near $335 and wait 4 hours for a inspection. Problem was the plastic rivets where to thin an pulled themselves thru the door panel which leads me to believe it was a manufacturing defect and probably is a known issue. I disabled the trucks wireless and obd2 port prior to my appointment and told the service advisor you're not connecting to my vehicle. which upset him. he spent a long time trying even after I told him I'm not giving you permission to access my data. Dealership apparently is more concerned about connecting to my truck than the door panel. I watched him legit messing around under the dash. told him i do not want a car wash and I'm not here for the recall which he tried to push then got even more frustrated when he hears the word no. I was told its 4 hours to look at a door panel? why setup an appointment if your telling me to leave the vehicle there. The reason i disabled access to my vehicle is 4 days prior to my appointment i find a tracking device plugged into my trucks obd2 port, dealership brushed it off as nothing. I filed a police report. i was never informed they installed a gps tracking device on my new truck and did not disclose this during the purchase. If you bought a vehicle here i recommend looking under your dashboard. (Photos enclosed show service advisor, gps tracking device, before and after repairs on door panel)
