Just got my new Savannah 190 IS through Jackson's. Great to deal with and made everything easy. Went to pick the boat up and Bobby had the boat hooked to his truck and we took the boat out on the water to make sure everything was good and how I liked it. Great service.

The service team here is great! Took their technician (Matt) a few minutes to diagnose the problem, and had us lake ready in no time at all. Steve (service mgr) was prompt, and communicated frequently, I didn’t have to call and ask for an update. Highly recommend giving Jackson’s a call if your boat is not feeling well! 😁

We had a fuel issue with our center console boat. Shawn and the team quickly got us up and running. Excellent communication at a great price. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a G3 Sportsman in 2024. Kevin Franklin made the process of buying my boat easy and simple! The boat captain, who took us out on Lake Norman, was very helpful in showing me the ins and outs of the boat I purchased! I definitely recommend buying a boat from them!

Ed and his entire team are awesome! Our sales rep, Scott Hyder, took our Triton boat in on a trade (based on pictures only) and we purchased a brand-new 22' SunCatcher pontoon and we could not be more excited! They delivered it right to the marina where we have it docked. A special BIG thank you to Ken Nance, who met us out on Lake Norman and spent time with us showing us how to operate the various systems and accessories on our new boat. He was so patient and kind and left us feeling much more comfortable with operating our new boat. We would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a boat, you head straight to Ed Watkins Marine!

Refreshing to see a company that cares! Salesman JW was great to deal with. After looking for a 27cc stingray for months, I contacted many boat dealers. I was ready to trade up on my 24 ft dc stingray and other dealers were not interested in a trade. They just didn’t fit my needs. After contacting JW he made it happen and saved me lot of trouble trying to sell it myself. He gave me a fair price and I also got a good deal on the new boat compared to other dealerships! If you’re in the market for an offshore boat or any boat check out these guys. The 27 cc stingray is an awesome fishing-family boat with high end options. It’s made local for a fair price compared to other manufacturers, I studied a lot and you can’t beat what that boat offers for the price. Mike the service manager helped rig the boat and went the extra mile to get the boat the way I wanted it which included trolling motor, dual monitors, marine radio. It was all installed at Ed Watkins and that was nice ! Mike and Jw took me out on water and showed me everything about the boat. Any questions I had were always answered. Jw would text or call me back immediately, They are just a great bunch of guys. I met Ed Watkins he’s also great guy. There were a few glitches I noticed on the boat they sent Tyler a tech another great guy to my house a hour and 1/2 away to address issues. In todays times myself being a business owner these guys understand that customer service is so important. We are lacking this in todays times, so I’m picky with who I deal with! I don’t right many reviews for good reason most employees or businesses don’t care! But when I find a company that does business the way I do I let people know you. You can trust Ed Watkins and his team to do you right! Thanks Mitch James

I signed a consigner agreement to sell my boat through them . I had been working with someone who has since left the company . I have emailed multiple times to the sales and info email address and called yesterday and spoke with someone who said that their sales team would call or email me back . I have not heard anything from them in weeks (no communication since prior employee left ) on updates of repairs or sale . I am writing this review in hopes that someone will touch base with me as they are in possession of my boat and the lack of communication is very concerning .

Ken Nance and his team were amazing. It was by far the most hassle free boat or car purchase I have ever been apart of. They were also thousands less than any other dealers I looked at.

If you care about your safety or the safety of your family DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Denver Marine also do not trust them to service anything. I purchased a brand new Evinrude G2 from them in 2015 and they rigged everything and I was on the water for 20 hours before I had issues with the motor. When rigging the boat, they used parts that were not part of the BRP rigging package and the negative power cable separated and was the catalyst for a huge amount of problems that ended up with the powerhead being replaced. Luckily BRP/Evinrude is much better than Denver Marine and the replacement was covered under warranty. After the powerhead was replaced I had no issues with the motor until 2017 when I started getting error codes from the engine. I took it to a different dealer (Portside Marine) at the coast who found that the NMEA 2000 cable had considerable corrosion in several of the connections... they were beside themselves because Denver Marine had put the NEMA network in the bilge of the boat. This was not covered under warranty and I spent about $700 to get that fixed properly. The first line of instructions on the NEMA stuff tells you to put it in a dry location... the bilge is not a dry location. A few months later I got a notification that there was a recall on the engine and since I had the boat home I took it to Denver Marine. I had about 300 hours on the engine at this point and when I went to pick it up I was given a $900 service bill (for a recall), they decided to replace all the spark plugs and do a service on the motor even though I had only brought it in for the recall and they never asked about the service. Side note, the G2 has a 5 year/500 hour service interval. One interesting fact that comes into play later, was they said that there was corrosion on the motor and had sprayed it down with an anti-corrosion agent and fixed the problem. After being called a liar by the sales guy because he claimed I told them to do the service however the work order clearly said that it was there for the recall, I left a poor review and Ed (the owner) called me and refunded my money so I changed the review to 3 stars because although he did the right thing by refunding my money for a service I didn't authorize, being called a liar by a member of his staff would not allow me to give them a higher rating. So this year (2020) I went to go out on the boat and it wouldn't start and gave me a number of error codes. I took it to Denver Marine to have them fix it and they said I had a bunch of corrosion and they weren't going to work on it because I gave them a 3 star review. They had told me the previous time I brought it in that they fixed the corrosion problem and what was causing it which clearly was not the case because the motor is so bad that the powerhead is going to have to be replaced again. I fish offshore, 30-80 miles off the coast, and luckily I didn't have any problems caused by Denver Marine's incompetence while offshore. They claimed they fixed the corrosion problem and didn't and because I gave a truthful 3 star review, refused to work on the motor which I had purchased from them. I would never trust my life or the life of my family to anything that Denver Marine touched. I would hope my experience is an isolated incident but it truly does not appear to be unique as several other people have had issues with them. Hopefully their incompetence doesn't hurt or kill anyone.
