Jackson Plumbing

I have used David Jackson Plumbing a few times for the 6 years I have own a home in Muncie. They are 10/10. The work they do is great, the technicians are friends and kind, and their pricing is fair! I can always trust that they will be able to solve my problems and treat me and my home with respect.

We had them Jacksons repair a broken hot water line under our home earlier this year. Then we set I up to have a total replacement done of our water lines. Big job and they stayed on it all day long. I have had no issues since and these guys are friendly and professional. And best of all affordable! I’m planning on making an appointment with this company for work unrelated to what they have already done. If anyone asks if I know a plumbing service, I will recommend Jackson.

The water company nofified me that I had a leak, but I wasn't able to find it. I got an appoinment the next day. The plumbers were able to find the leak and fix it quickly and efficiently. They were also very polite, courteous, and professional. Also, the price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend this company. I will certainly them again next time I need a plumber.

I called at 8:30 am and they were here by 1:00pm the same day. They had my plumbing problem repaired fast and they made it look easy (which I know it was not). The men were courteous and respectful. They went the extra mile by unclogging my faucet filter when they noticed my water stream was not as strong as it should have been. An unexpected bonus is that my dishwasher had quit working about a month before this plumbing problem appeared and I decided to try it again today after they left and it is now working again. I thought I was going to have to replace the dishwasher soon but now I have it fixed by fixing the plumbing problem. The charge was very reasonable especially since it now saved me having to buy a dishwasher. I’m one very happy customer. Will never call any one else for any thing to do with plumbing

They arrived ahead of the estimated time, fixed my toilet quickly, replacing several necessary parts, and the bill was less than I expected. Will definitely be calling them again the next time I need a plumber.

I've had them do a lot of work for me over the years. Most of it done to satisfaction, especially when Mr. Jackson was on site, the work was done right. But then corners were being cut and jobs not finished off properly. case in point this picture where a 12" supply line for a toilet was twisted around and kinked to where it couldn't give good water flow. I didn't see this line at the time, I don't feel like you should have to check over everything, but I guess I should. But finally the toilet was not getting enough water and I found this line installed in a ridiculous manner. Jackson's wanted me to pay to install the line again. I told them it was an integrity issue (not a warranty issue) and was installed incorrectly two years ago, so therefore it should be fixed correctly this time. They disagreed and didn't seem to care about my business so we parted ways. In my business, if we do something wrong, we take care of it, and I won't work with those that don't.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Company must not need business, rude phone manners and acted bothered that I needed work done. Never Mind I will call someone else. Have the day you deserve.

Called them for an issue with my toilet leaking & they came out as soon as possible. Cleaned my sewer out for under $150. Very professional & reasonable! I will be contacting them for future plumbing needs!

I had called to get a job, that was suppose to be done Prior!!! Ask to see the Date it was done, I was told they don't keep those records, he was behind on everything, I told him I don't think it was done im not sure, he was rude and said done you try it with me! I ask of I could speak with someone in higher supervision or owner, he told me no, if I need to complain, talk to him. I have been a long time customer with this company and Customer service has really went down hill.

Been using Jackson plumbing for 40 years. One time i I used another company (sign in your yard company). They came out, snaked the line, broke the tile, collapsed the line and asked for 4700.00$ to repair the line. And, said the pool that has been in place for over 20 years needed to come down for them to repair the line. Said, "no thank you, I will call Jackson". Called Jackson, they repaired the line and left the pool alone for a reasonable price. I have called them numerous times for different properties, and have always felt good about their work, prices and people. They don't fluff or try to sell you anything that isn't about moving water in or out of your home. I WILL ALWAYS CALL JACKSON PLUMBING!!!!
