Jack has been a competent and reliable service over many years. He has provided emergency furnace repair, caught mice, watered plants, retrieved errant packages from the mailbox and this year he was able to perform a tricky retrieval of my passport out of my truck and deliver it to me in FL in time for me to accompany my family on a winter vacation. Jack Wawro and his team perform an essential service for out-of-town homeowners by checking on our home each week during the off-season. We live 1100 miles away from our summer home and have come to rely upon Jack to provide a weekly update on our property. Far more than a drive-by, Jack or Shawn walk the perimeter of the house, enter the home and go into every room, making sure the heat, electricity, and water are all operating. He's saved my bacon a couple of times by providing an early notification of a water leak or equipment malfunction. He's handled deliveries when I couldn't be there and is a wealth of knowledge about other contractors and service providers. Now that he's added snow removal to his services, it's one more headache he's relieved for me. I sleep easy knowing Jack & Shawn are on the job. Now if he could just help me fix my slice. I cannot say enough great things about Jack and Jack's Cabin Watch service! Jack is a responsible young man that takes his job seriously. He has checked our cabin each week and we always get a report as he leaves. Unfortunately, we had a water leak in November and Jack is the one that found it, turned the water off and was instrumental in getting people in quickly to begin the clean up. Thank goodness for Jack! In addition, the snow removal is timely and done well! Jack has been a lifesaver for us! He is a great guy with a great service!

Jack's the best! We've used his services for 7+ years, the service is a great resource and excellent value. Earlier this year we had a leak in our shower wall. He connected us with a plumber, and the problem was fixed by noon. Very dependable!
