I felt that the technician, Matt, went above and beyond to try to resolve concerns. Plus zero attempt to upsell or provide services that were not necessary and he provided good information. I had my first visit from the Jack Pixley Chimney Company, and they showed up right on time. They were friendly, professional, and courteous. They were excellent in explaining what they were doing and why. I found watching the video of the chimney inspection of my wood burning fireplace to be especially helpful. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful in detailing what I need to-do to take care of issues found in my chimney. They also took care of a gas stove and even checked out our dryer. I was very impressed with their service and will use them again.

Jim called us the morning of our appt to let us know when he would arrive. He did a great job explaining that he would inspect and service our fireplace & woodstove. After he was finished he sat down with us to go through the invoice and actual saved us money. He was prompt, polite, and professional.
