JAC provided excellent customer service. I was in an emergency situation and the owner called from one of his kids sporting events to see what I need done. He sent out Krista and Joshlyn. They work together as a great team and got a lot accomplished. I had called other cleaning agencies. Their prices were unreasonable. I had Krista and Joshlyn for four hours. They didn’t excellent job and the price was extremely reasonable. Half of what The other companies estimates were and JAC Did an excellent job. I highly recommend This company. Today JAC cleaners arrived at my home in Kent, Ohio for the first deep cleaning. Julia did an incredible job. She was also very friendly, personable and professional. When finished she offered a walk-thru review in case anything was overlooked. 5 out of 5.

We have had other cleaning teams before through JAC Cleaners , but none compared to Krista. She was professional, on time, and incredibly kind. Krista went above and beyond what I’ve experienced with previous teams, paying attention to every detail and making sure everything was spotless. She even offered a walk through at the end of her visit to ensure we were satisfied. (other teams did not do this when their time window was up, they ran out the door) I’m truly impressed and appreciative of her hard work. I would highly recommend her service to anyone looking for a top-quality cleaning with JAC! Hoping to have her on a regular basis moving forward.

I have been using JAC Cleaning services for two years. I’ve always had Ashley & Candace minus one clean. I would highly recommend these two specifically as they show up on time, pay attention to detail, they go above and beyond and do extra little things each week for me since I am handicapped and unable too…This includes my dishes, folding laundry... Pricing is fair for the quality of work you receive. Richard and Jade remind me weekly of when my appointments are which is incredible and. Makes things easier.
