This includes the opener, with installation, and removal of the existing opener, if applicable. A full tune up, lubrication, and safety inspection of the door. This opener is WiFi capable for smart phone control.
Repair or Replace Garage Door Opener
We can repair most make and models of garage door openers as long as they have safety sensors (manufactured after 1993). Let us help you decide if we should repair the existing opener, or replace it with a new opener. Minimum charge for repair is $125.

Justin is a professional who responded to a service request in a timely manner and also agreed to visit my home next available business day to troubleshoot garage door opener sensors. He installed a new door opener in a short period of time, installed new rollers to fix the issue. The overall job was done to perfection, and the new system runs smooth and quiet. His work was done at a reasonable budget, and he also had all of the parts in stock ready to install next day after requesting service visit.

Had issues with closing door. Called them and scheduled me for the next day. Technician was prompt. He unjammed the door at the motor and also adjusted the large spring. He then conducted sensor safety checks and greased all the hinges and spring. Took 15 minutes. He was professiona, courteous, and knew what he was doing. Did not try and have me buy something I didn't need.
Will be recommending JA Overhead to our 55 plus community.
