JA Overhead Door

JA Overhead Door did a great job fixing my garage door. The tension spring broke, causing the door to not close solidly. They came a completely fixed the issue and had the door working perfectly. I also asked them to change the sensors because my other one was loose and would get knocked off by my dogs and door vibration. I highly recommend these folks to fix your garage door. They were in time and notified ETA via text. Great service.

I called JA Overhead Door on a Wednesday afternoon after, unfortunately, there was a snafu with a car and a garage door; I don't think I need to give the details, the damage photo speaks for itself. It's the winter, so there's snow, our house is getting the roof redone the following week, we couldn't have a garage door that wouldn't open to put the vehicles in. I called JA Overhead Door and spoke with Ashley who was polite and respectful. She stated that Justin could come take a look at the door early the following morning. She stated that he would text before his arrival. Sure enough, at 8:17 AM the next day, I get a text that Justin was on his way. He arrived, took a look at the door, told us what he'd do and the price, which was incredibly reasonable best I could tell. An hour later, our garage door was straightened out and re-sealed with virtually no evidence of damage. If it wasn't for the fact that the one door has the black seal and the other doesn't, you wouldn't have known the accident happened at all. I'm thrilled. There's no other way to put it. Justin fixed in an hour what I thought was going to be a lingering issue. JA Overhead Door did an amazing job, and I would absolutely use them again!
