JA Overhead Door

Just had our three carriage style doors installed yesterday and we are so happy! I shopped around a little to try and find the right company and price - JA was competitive in pricing and super responsive. They put together a quote for me over email based on what we were looking for and were able to come out for measurements as soon as our framing was ready. Once installed, we got a full walkthrough of operation and safety features. Their communication, timeliness, professionalism, and pricing were all great! Glad we went with a smaller local company - they did a phenomenal job.

Great experience with JA Overhead door! I called them on a Monday about our garage door struggling to automatically close or open and Justin was here at 10:30AM the very next day. Ashley, who I spoke with at the office and who scheduled my service appointment, was super friendly and I appreciated her telling me the service charge (minus the cost of any parts that may be needed) up front. In terms of the actual service, Justin was great. He showed up on time and he texted me 30 mins in advance of his arrival. Nothing was seriously wrong with our door (it just needed some adjustments and TLC) but he worked efficiently nonetheless. He was also kind and professional. Door is working great now! I also appreciated the fair price, being able to pay with a card via his i-pad, and receiving an emailed receipt minutes after he left. Highly recommend JA Overhead Door!

A coworker recommended this company as soon as I sent out an email asking for suggestions. They couldn't speak highly enough and they were quite right. The response to set up an appointment was very quick and easy, and the service was fast and efficient. Justin did a wonderful job. I got a text with his ETA 30 minutes before, he was right on time, and very helpful. Not only did he fix the broken spring, he changed out the other one and gave everything a check too. All in 30 mins! I was stunned. Such a relief to have a functioning garage door again and at a fair price too! Highly recommend!

Pain free from the get go. Office person was friendly and polite. Gave me straight forward answers and got me set up pdq. Technician was there when he said he’d be and was very professional. He worked quickly but thoroughly. All cleaned up after. Highly recommend. Btw- very reasonable prices.

Justin came over today and serviced both doors, changed the torn rubber seals and added a metal bracket to strengthen the door. Did a great job, doors work much better now. Thank you, Justin!

The entire experience with this company was excellent. The technician Justin was on time for the appointment and knew exactly what the problem was with my garage door opener. I was impressed with his knowledge as well as the efficiency of his work. He gave me options and prices for repair vs. replacement of the opener. After replacing the circuit board he adjusted the tension of the chain and lubricated the rails. Although I have a two car garage, only one opener was not operating and for a very nominal amount he explained that he could perform a check on the other opener and make necessary adjustments as well as lubricate. After I observed the meticulous detail in which he performed the service on the first opener I opted for the inspection of the other one and very glad that I did. He replaced both light sockets that had shorted out as well as adjusted the tension on the door and tightened the drive chain, and lubricated. Both garage doors are now operating better than they have in years in the work is guaranteed for a year. I would not hesitate to refer this company and Justin in particular for any type of garage door or garage door opener issues. I was able to observe him working and he was kind enough to explain what he was doing and the reason he was doing it. You can rest assured that you will receive the highest level of professionalism and work from this company

Justin arrived promptly and wasted no time with diagnosis and repair. He even spent extra time to ensure that the safety features were working properly. He even showed me what he repaired so I could make adjustments in the future if needed. Awesome job and a great price.

A day or two before the appointment I received an email confirming the appointment. Justin arrived a few minutes early, diagnosed the problem and worked diligently to repair it. His service is professional, high quality and fairly priced. I would definitely use him again.
