All good with J&T Car Rental: kindess, super service and fair price. The car was delivered and returned at Rodney Bay Marina with no extra charge, they have always been reachable on whatsapp and explanation received (including on how to apply for the local driving permit with the governement) were very detailed. Easy and quick check in and check out. Could not expect more from a car rental

J&T is a great place to rent a car from while visiting St. Lucia! We did a 3-day rental and had an amazing time exploring the island. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Booking was easy and at a fair price. Arrived at Vigie airport and Tessa was waiting to handover the vehicle. Tessa also provided me with her personal internet hotspot so I could set my google maps coordinates. Also gave me a few tips for getting around. Drop off was also very easy. J&T has great customer service clean and well maintained vehicles. I’ll surely use their services on my future visits and recommend them to anyone looking for a good rental car.

Very easy to deal with. Great customer service. If you are looking for "no frills" car rental in St. Lucia with very reasonable prices I can thoroughly recommend J&T. The vehicles I have rented from them, while being older than the vehicles offered from the big companies, have been well looked after and reliable, which is far more important (to me anyway).

Excellent service! Great communication, Tessa was very responsive and helpful. The car was delivered to and collected from our hotel, with no extra charge. She also taught me to apply for the temporary driver’s permit. What impressed me the most was that, when there was a small issue (certainly unintentional and unexpected), she didn’t deny responsibility at all. It’s a very fair and responsible business. Also the rental was fairly priced, unlikely other companies that quoted ridiculously high prices during the Christmas season. Next time I’m in St Lucia, I’ll definitely rent from J&T again.
