I took my son car here to see if his flat tire could be plugged. The gentleman actually took the time to fully investigate the tire to see if it could be plugged. He was honest so I got a great used tire for a great price. I appreciate these honest men who didn’t try to get over on me nor give/suggest a quick fix. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I discovered my tire was completely flat, but it was too dark to deal with it that night. The next morning at 6:44 a.m., I searched for tire companies and J&R was the only one open that early. I called, and Justice answered right away and quickly scheduled a time for me to get my tire replaced.
When I arrived, one of his staff members promptly helped remove my tire, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I really appreciate Justice and his staff member for their amazing customer service, clear communication, and quick response. I highly recommend J&R and would definitely return if I ever need help again.
