Having several rental properties, its hard to find contractors that you can trust to show up and get the job done when you can't necessarily be at the property. J Power is that company. They come out, take care of the job and never try to oversell you on what needs to be done.

I hired Juan and paid him in full. He never returned to finish my job. He also never responded when I tried to contact him. He cannot be trusted.
