He’s very educational and kind, it was like if my brother or cousin helped me with the car he was just like family!! José was phenomenal. Last night my car stalled and essentially refused to start back up again, another mechanic thought it was the starter or alternator, but it started fine in the morning when José got there. Instead of leaving, he took a closer look. Turns out, my car stalled and refused to start again because it was overheating, because I had no coolant due to a leak in the radiator (I had just had a coolant flush done two days before), he quoted me a very reasonable price to have it replaced and told me he could get the job done today. He replaced my radiator, added new coolant, and actually made sure the overheating issue had resolved. He also let me know I needed new break pads in the near future and offered to get that done at an excellent price as well, I will be calling him for all of my car repair needs moving forward due to his professionalism, speed of service, attention to detail, and kindness. José was honest and direct, able to explain why this repair was essential for my vehicle instead of “car talk” that goes over my head. I highly recommend José for all of these reasons, I have never been much of a car guy but José made this process very easy to understand and as painless as possible, I have never received better service from a mechanic!
