I recently used J&P Airconditioning and had an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The technician who attended my home was incredibly polite, respectful, well mannered & honestly one of the most courteous tradespeople I’ve ever dealt with. Pete had made the time to come and view/quote the aircon 2 days before Christmas 2025, took time to explain what the issue is and dealt with everything efficiently. Very good service. I had my air con installed November 24, had it serviced today as it was leaking and Josh came out and fixed it within 15 minutes. I highly recommend them. They were also great in recommending the right size for my apartment.

I have just had a replacement ducted Air Conditioning system installed by J and P Air Conditioning, they were outstanding. I was provided with a quote with numerous options provided, from budget product through to top shelf, with no pressure to choose anything other than what I wanted. These boys are awesome. They were very kind to reshuffle and accomodate the installation of a replacement AC unit in our lounge a day before Christmas. The team are professionals in their field, starting with a professional quality workmanship and down to vacuuming post installation. 10/10 service from Pete and the team! We had ducted air installed in our Robina home and honestly couldn’t fault J&P Air. From start to finish, they were so great! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They took the time to explain what unit would best suit our home and were so respectful throughout the whole process, constantly checking in with us on the placements of vents and sensors, keeping us updated as the job went on, and making sure we were happy with every detail. The boys showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything so neat and tidy. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
