Working with Joe has been brilliant and a real game changer for progressing my golf game. His training plans and instruction are clear, constructive and tailored to suit me - and most importantly, I’m seeing the results and improvement on the course! Couldn’t recommend him enough and would encourage anyone who wants to get fitter, while also improving their golf game, to reach out.

I have trained with Joe for 6 years. He manages to find the balance between great technical advice and good fun. He is very knowledgeable and always up to speed with the latest ideas across strength, wellness , cardio and mobility. His knowledge of golf and the role fitness can play is a real Point of difference. Would highly recommend

I have been training with Joe for almost three years - the longest that I have ever maintained a fitness routine! He has helped me to rebuild strength and mobility after major abdominal surgery, and I now take a lot of pride in the care that I give myself through the training that I have committed to. At the start of each session, we do a check-in and he always adapts the session to my needs that day which I so appreciate, whether I'm full of energy or recovering from a bad night's sleep. Together we have monitored my progress which has been so rewarding and I have tracked some significant changes, both physically and mentally. Joe is always a joy to train with and is incredibly consistent.

I have been training with Joe for a few years now, and it’s been an absolute pleasure. He’s great at understanding my strengths and tailoring workouts. On top of that, i enjoy our talks during the sessions which make it fun while working hard. His professional yet friendly approach keeps me motivated. Highly recommend! 🤍 💫
