J-MAC HVAC is by far the best choice for installing a new heating and air system. After our old unit went out, I called a couple companies just to get an estimate for replacement. One came out but never provided me with an estimate and the other totally ghosted me. I contacted J-MAC HVAC and asked if they could give me an estimate and they were out the same day. I was provided with an estimate almost immediately. After having an electrician come out to install the necessary breaker box (we went from furnace heat to total electric heat and air), Jeremy scheduled to come out the day following. Both young men were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They spent time explaining the new system and the new thermostat. We never felt rushed by then and they answered all our questions. They did not leave any sign of repair work ever being done. Their clean up was spot on. Also, they will not try to over charge you just to pad their pockets. I am so glad that the original 2 companies drug their feet because it lead me to these young men. I highly recommend J-MAC HVAC!!!

Friendly, thorough, and punctual. They got out to our house quickly, diagnosed our issue, and were able to get our heat running in a timely manner. I’d recommend them and will use them again for any HVAC problems I have in the future.

My AC malfunctioned in 95 degree weather. It was blowing out heat instead of air. I called about 9 companies before I called J-MAC & everyone just said “oh we’re backed up, we’ll have to schedule you for sometime next week.” I called J-MAC HVAC, and although they couldn’t get me the same day the technician took the time to get to know more about the issue and tried everything he could to help me over the phone. They went the extra mile when they didn’t have to. Their customer service is unmatched, I will forever be a customer.

Some of my absolute favorite people! I met them last summer when my upstairs A/C unit went out. They worked quickly to replace it. I recently had them service my units and replace my old thermostats. They were great about calling and keeping me updated and showed up when they said they would. They are respectful and professional. I have no qualms about having them in my home. But, most of all, I am delighted to have someone I KNOW I can rely on when/if I have issues with my heat and air conditioning.

JMAC HVAC did a great job! They serviced my HVAC unit, and it’s working soooo much better now! Affordable and reliable! I’ll definitely use them again!

5 star review 10/10 service for sure. Thermostat went out and my A/C was not working. Called them on Tuesday 1/28/2025. New A/C put in by 1/30/25!
