Instead of just pointing out the problem, he went above and beyond — he located a replacement tire at a shop 20 minutes away and personally went with me to pick it up. Called late in the day and James was able to come to my house within the hour and solved my problem. Being stranded with both my vehicles having tire issues really sucked. I was able to get one vehicle back on the road that day. Unfortunately, I drove on flat and ruined the tire on my other vehicle. He was able to find me a new tire that day that was less $ than any retailer, install it at my house early the next day. Saved me money on the tire/installation, the cost of a tow and the time it takes dealing with a retail store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND J & M for all your tire needs!!!

James @J&M Touchless was amazing to worth with recently! I hit a pothole in a parking lot and my tire popped rendering it unrepairable. My vehicle only comes with a tire repair kit and not a spare, so being that this was a weekend and it was a hard to find tire I was seemingly out of luck. After calling around local tire shops looking for not only a replacement tire, but also on site services so I wouldn't have to tow my vehicle, I found J&M Touchless. He not only called around and found the tire, but offered (for a very reasonable fee) to drive from Colorado Springs to Denver and back to pick up the tire for me. He also picked me up from my residence and took me to where my car was, saving me any further money as I didn't have to pay for an Uber/Lyft. James was professional throughout the process, and I even got to observe him utilize his state of the art equipment to ensure my rim was not damaged and the new tire firmly secure on my vehicle. 10/10 recommend J&M Touchless!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. James was informative, punctual, professional, and it’s apparent he takes pride in his work!
