Joe and his team at J&M Landscape and Earthworks did a great job installing landscape rock and boulders, installing a new retaining wall and stairs, creating a new patio area on a hill, re-grading the hill, and installing permeable pavers. It was very hard work done mostly by hand, but you could tell they really cared about the work they were doing, and they went the extra mile to make sure everything looked great and was functional for us, despite it being over 100 degrees when they did the work and it being a very steep hill. They were also very respectful to us and our property. Their pricing was fair, reasonable, and less than other estimates we received. We are very happy with the work they did and are already discussing another project with them!! Thank you, Joe, Johnny, and Tim!!

Coordinated demo of yard in prep for concrete pour and coordinated with concrete subcontractor and patio cover installer. Restored yard after patio and walkways were put in. They completed last third of the retaining wall. Leveled yard, revised sprinklers and installed sod and borders. Work followed landscape plan as much as possible. Worked with homeowner to overcome problems and questions that came up successfully. They had to deal with existing landscape and many underground obstacles. I can say that finished project met my expectations. I felt comfortable around crews brought onsite. Rave reviews from those that have seen finished backyard.

I needed to have the backyard of my house re-sodded. I reached out to several companies before settling on J&M. As far price is concerned they were neither the least or most expensive falling right in the middle of the estimates I had received. However in terms of communication, service, and knowledge I felt they would be the best option and I am pleased to report that they exceeded all my expectations. I have a relatively small back yard, just over 700 sq. ft. and they were able to remove the old sod and top layer of dirt and place the new sod in just about 5.5 hours. They also went out of the way to make sure I had a good understanding of what to expect and how to care for the sod to give it the best chance of thriving. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

J&M Landscaping was really good to work with, good communication, quick and high quality work, and billing was really easy. I would use them again for my next project.
