Extremely unprofessional agency .. They don’t provide replacements on time and once sent us a maid who smoked in the bathroom. The maid hardly worked for 8 days , stayed glued to her phone all the time and even left the house for 2 nights without permission. Instead of taking responsibility, the agency made us we pay her salary through their fees and I am sure she hasn't taken the salary from them.. Till date, they haven’t refunded our money. Completely unreliable and unethical service ,highly disappointing ..
