J & K Auto Glass

Called 3 weeks ago. Got a return call. Never bothered to set up a time or price. Texted several times but got the run around. Julio said they are self proclaimed the best shop in Pueblo. Did not want to do under insurance. Tried to get me to pay $300 instead of going through insurance. When he couldn’t bully me into, sent a text saying “our expectations did not align and he would not be moving forward”. I called D&S Auto after receiving that text and 2 hours later, had a windshield installed. VERY SHADY! Beware!

Excellent service for an unbeatable price. I took my vehicle to them and within 25 minutes my car was finished and ready to go. You will not find a better windshield repair company in Pueblo/Pueblo West. 100/10 would recommend to anyone needing repairs or replacement.

J&K is the absolute best! I didn’t know where to start when looking for windshield repairs so I tried to book an appointment with safelite and I couldn’t talk to a real person on the phone. After 25 minutes on the phone with a robot I finally went to the website to try to book. They wanted to charge me $260 for 2 chips in our trucks windshield. I thought this couldn’t be right so I looked up other options. I called Jeff and he knew exactly what I needed and showed up to our house and fixed the chips all within 2 hours of me calling. It was a quarter of the price that safelite was going to charge and he did an amazing job. The next day I asked if he could replace the windshield on my jeep and a back window that had been cracked. That night he ordered the glass and got me in the next morning and had it done in less than in hour!! I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

I highly recommend J&K Auto Glass!!!! This is the 2nd windshield they have replaced for my household. They went above and beyond my expectations and beat their competitors pricing. While trying to schedule a time to come in, my work schedule didn't line up and I thought I was going to have to wait til we had a day that worked for both of us. Well was I wrong, they offered to come to my job to get the job done for me. Jeff came out and had my windshield replaced in 20mins! I had the pleasure of watching the glass replacement process, and Jeff did a great! He took off the old windshield with care and was carefully when removing everything, then upon installation of the new one he made sure everything was seamless! THANK YOU J&K AUTO GLASS!!!!!

I highly recommend J&K Auto glass! I was very stressed when I had a baseball hit my windshield. J&K Auto glass was very helpful, polite, professional and got the job done quick. They replaced my windshield for a very reasonable price a few months back. Unfortunately, I ended up getting a rock chip and when I called they were very busy but were able to squeeze me in so I could get it fixed for free even though the warranty is up in 2 days. Amazing customer service!!

Excellent service! While I had to wait over a week for the part to come in they came to my house to get my back window up so that I didn’t get rain and other things inside my vehicle. Then when my part came in they allowed me to sit in their lobby and work until the job was completed. They completed it quickly and efficiently! Would highly recommend and will use again if ever needed!
