We hired J & J Residential Electric, LLC for the electrical work during our kitchen remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Dejohn Dewese came highly recommended by a neighbor who is a contractor I trust, and he absolutely lived up to that recommendation. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, offered great advice, and suggested improvements that made the project even better. Dejohn rewired our kitchen, installed can lights in the living room, added under-cabinet lighting, installed new breakers and wiring for our induction cooktop and separate stack oven, and added a new subpanel. Throughout the project, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The quality of his work was outstanding, his pricing was fair and reasonable, and it's clear he takes pride in what he does. We are extremely happy with the finished results and will definitely use him again for future projects. Highly recommended!

DeJohn answered my call at midnight on a Saturday night, he eased my concerns about the issue I was facing, and then came the following day which was a Sunday as well as Mother’s Day to fix the issue. Class act, will utilize him for any future electrical needs. Knowledge and took the time to explain the issues and his plan for remediation.

Dejohn is great to work with. He is responsive, capable and moves efficiently. His pricing is fair and he is a nice guy to work with. I will do many more jobs with him!

Had J&J replace a lot of my light fixtures when I first moved in, as well as some ceiling fans and installation of a few smart switches. Great team, great work, and very reasonable pricing! Also had them cut in some new recessed lighting (can lights) and pendant lights in my kitchen, and it basically transformed the space. Would highly recommend J&J for any of your residential electrician needs!

We have had very professional service from DeJohn of J&J Residential Electric (CHS area, we live in MTP). He knows what he is doing, explains things very clearly even to non-technical types, and is very efficient and thorough. We have had DeJohn work on items including installing ceiling fans, new lights, dimmer switches, etc. He's our first choice for a CHS area local electrician!
