Awesome customer service this morning. After a few people canceled or didn’t show. One call to J&J residential services and the job was taken care of. Less than an hour the problem was taken care of. He took the time to explain everything to me. Not to mention he was on time.

Dejohn with J&J was fantastic! Only had partial power, and was very worrisome…first company couldn’t come out for another week. Called DeJohn and he was there in 2 hours! Very knowledgeable , professional, fast and found the problem within an hour. And gave us a follow up phone call to make sure everything was good. Good price too. Will be the first person we call next time!

I need assistance because of no power in my garage. When Dajohn arrived he walked me through his trouble shooting of the issue, he quickly diagnosed an issue with the outside wiring . What started out as a stressful day quickly dissolved when Dajohn arrived he was very professional with extensive knowledge around electrical issues BUT most importantly his passion for his profession shines through putting me immediately at ease . He treated me with such patience and kindness.

DeJohn and his team at J & J Residential Electric are the absolute best! He responds quickly to inquiries - within minutes. He sets a firm schedule ahead of time and shows up on time and ready to work. He and his team work together seamlessly tackling multiple projects at once. They do very neat and clean work taking special care not to disturb any more of the wall or trim etc than necessary if in-wall repairs are required. Additionally, when hanging or replacing fixtures they ask consulting questions about height or face placement prior to starting and then check-in along the way to make sure everything is just as you want it. And, if you have lighting ambiance or decor ideas DeJohn has terrific well thought out ideas to fit the theme and size of your space. I never would have thought of changing out a completely unneeded ceiling fan for a beautiful pendant light until he suggested it - and it looks spectacular! A great addition to our farmhouse theme. DeJohn is always flexible and goes above and beyond to meet client needs - while working on other jobs at our home I inquired about him installing a Level 2 charger for my electric car assuming he would schedule it for another day if he could do the installation. He was extremely knowledgeable about the electric car chargers, assisted me in confirming the exact specs of charger for my vehicle and which charger cord to order online and got the plug installed in the garage in the same visit - even though I sprung it on him at the last second. And finally their prices are very fair - they will keep you under budget every time. I can’t sing the praises of J&J high enough. They have handled multiple jobs at our home and will be the only electrical provider we will ever call.

DeJohn recently replaced our entire panel and added some new lights to our living room as well. They were able to knock out everything in a day and we could not be happier with the results. He talked us through all our options and explained everything that was going to be done and was able to get us onto his schedule quickly. We're definitely looking forward to working with DeJohn again for future projects.

DeJohn did a good job installing and wiring multiple bathroom fans. He was on time, professional, cleaned the area after finishing the job, and reasonably priced. I would use him for electrical work again.

My rental unit had some electrical issues going on. I called and a person answered right away. Told me that they would be at my rental unit at 9am. At 9:30, my tenants called stating they had not arrived yet. They finally showed up and replaced 7 outlets/switches. Now I have switches and outlets that don't match. Several days later, the same issue started happening again. I have texted and called multiple times. I have left at least 2 voicemails. All communication has been nonexistent. This is after they hounded me for payment after their people didn't send me an invoice.

This electrician was great. Quick to respond, showed up when he said he would, and great prices. He wants the work!
