J&J are absolutely GREAT!😊 10/10! The reason to choose them above all others: 1. They work on Infiniti’s! (A lot of places don’t or they will say they can but can’t… J&J FIX INFINITIs! Don’t waste your money on diagnosis fees when a lot of places don’t know! Trust me I know I did my research around Houston, at several shops… J&J is it!) 2. They give dealership quality work without the expensive prices! (I am grateful for all of their hardworking. I am accountant so costs are very important to me.) 3. Customer Service is unmatched! (They worked with me when it came to getting my car worked on while I was at work. Working with my schedule was so helpful so I wouldn’t be car-less!) 4. Customer Service AGAIN! Communication is greatttt! Very responsive, they worked with me with financial accommodations and they vacuumed my Infiniti (complimentary)😊! Thank y’all J&J for fixing the complicated issue with my Infiniti and getting my check engine light off! 😊 Y’all are great! Whenever I need something, I will be back! Thanks again!

The guys there are great and super professional. I set up 2 appointments through the website. Both of the appointments that I arranged. Were responding to and taken care of within the same day. They maintained communication and made sure that I was aware of every step being taken with my car repair. I would definitely recommend these guys for anyone with car troubles because they took care of me and did it for a reasonable price.
