There are some things that the First Time Homebuyers classes can't teach you, and J. Dillon Realty does an excellent job filling in those gaps! Being our first home, we were always on top of the new listings from scrolling and hunting for the months leading up to and long after our first consultation with J. Dillion Realty, so Josh didn't have much to bring to the table for us in that area. But, once we got in the door for a tour (or 6), Josh came prepared and was right there with us through every room and closet, knowledgeable in things ranging from foundation styles, to local tax rates, to approximate fix-it costs, and everything in between. When you find a "Love it" / "Gotta have it", Josh truly shines, with the know-how to write an offer that works with the seller to give a little in some areas and take a little in others so you can be competitive without over-paying. As a buyer's agent, he not only gets you the house, but also sets you up with the tools and budget to make it your home!
