A fabulous service! Octavio and Luis José arrived on time and were very fast and accurate making the change of the glass of two sprinter vans. We recommend. They did all the management with my insurance and we didn't have to pay anything.

For a long time I couldn't get my Kia Niro cracked windshield replaced. Everywhere I went, the price was exorbitantly high. However, thanks to Alexis, the problem was solved in 30 minutes and at a very reasonable price! Thank to him and his assistant for the fast and high-quality service!

Quick and quality swap! They did a great job and were very responsive . Thank you guys 4 day later Update: I’d recommend just paying for a more expensive service. As I expected, you do usually get what you pay for and while they were able to do everything fast that doesn’t always mean that it is done correctly or done best. After further inspection, it is clear that they do not use OEM glass, and it seems much cheaper and more fragile than the original glass. They also left a ton of glass unvacuumed in multiple areas & now there is a rattling sound that I believe is a piece of glass, trapped in an area that I cannot reach. It’s very disappointing I hope that they would be willing to make this right.

I had a large crack on my passenger side window. I called JD Auto Glass and they sent someone out to my house the next day. Nelson my technician was very polite, professional and quick, he fixed my glass in 20 minutes. I highly recommend JD Auto glass for any glass repare you may need.

Working with JD Auto Glass Miami was so easy and they did an incredible job on my windshield replacement. I had a rock hit my windshield of my 2026 model car and the dealership, Safelite, and another company either wouldn't do the service because they couldn't calibrate the windshield or didn't have a windshield in stock which I was told would take weeks. I called JD Auto Glass and getting the claim approved by my insurance was easy and Alejandro was at my house the next day to replace and calibrate my windshield. This is an example of a great company that deserves some recognition. Thank you JD!

Fantastic work! As soon as I got in contact with them, they helped me get in contact with my insurance and get the windshield replacement ordered and approved by the insurance in 24hrs.. After that they called me when the windshield arrived, they went in their truck to my location and changed it in one hour. Perfect and recomended! This company is very Efficient, and professional.
