Ron Thomas of J Blanton Plumbing was absolutely fantastic- so knowledgeable & kind. He was straight forward and honest, -which, coupled with his expertise and experience, made him feel trustworthy to us. We appreciated that he did not try to upsell anything but took time ro carefully explain all of the options. We highly recommend him.

Tony C and Andrew A were on time and very professional with fixing my leaking toilet. Anthony was pleasant from the time he walked in and assessed the problem very quickly. From there he gave me an estimate and told me his college would come and do the repairs. An hour and a half later, Tony showed up and fixed my toilet very quickly and gave me a full review of what the issue was and how he fixed it. I also thought the pricing was very fair. Will use this company again.

Repaired toilet which was causing leak damage to kitchen ceiling. Also made referral arrangements for repairs to ceiling. Very nice job. Very happy with results.

Overall, it went well and good. All of the technicians were good and nice. I wonder if I would be treated “fairly” by trades men (e.g. car repairs, electricians, plumbers) but it was not the case. If I am to share some points of improvement would be 1) take trash back as I saw some stuff left behind (gloves and booties) and 2) place items back in place (outdoor grill and a few other things). The second point is important to me right at this moment as my right wrist is injured and can’t lift much.

Andre and D’ron took great care of my bathroom sink!! Quick and efficient - would hire them again!!

John Hogan is very knowledgeable of what he does and is willing to share the knowledge that every home owner should know of. I highly recommend him if you have any plumber issues.

Excellent service! Lawrence checked everything, made me new appointments (which is much more convenient than calling the general number), and took care of our water heater.
