Ivey Professional Cleaning Services

We remodeled our home. When their crew was done. I had to reclean and some areas first time clean. It took me 8 hours. No attention to detail and seemed to be lazy work. Dissatisfied is an understatement!

I am extremely happy with Ivey cleaning. They do a great job at a reasonable price . Which enables me to have them on a regular basis. Also I don’t have to stand over them for to the job to be done right. I highly recommend them .A luxury that is worth it .

My cleaning lady is about to have a baby so I am trying to find a replacement cleaning service. Hence, I scheduled with Ivey’s. Huge mistake! Zero attention to detail. Pics of what was left after they “cleaned” my house. Fingerprints on my glass foyer table, spilled juice not mopped off my kitchen floor, lint and trash on my mudroom floor, and trash on my bathroom floor. Instead of asking where our trash cans are, they left all of our trash outside in my front yard!!!! This is beyond unacceptable and just lazy. When I sent these pics to the owner they offered to send someone back to my house tomorrow but absolutely not. If they can’t even try to get it right the first time then I have no faith in anything being better the second time around. I really wish I could get my money back. Save your money and pay yourself, you’ll be cleaning your own house anyway just like I am.

They do excellent work! My fiancée and I are both in power wheelchairs and little people. It truly helps to have an organization that cares.

I suffer from Postpartum depression and my house got away from me. These girls did more than I could’ve asked for and some 10/10 recommend.

Excellent service and communication. I've used them for regular cleaning and now a deep clean. I am now on a monthly schedule because I feel they do a wonderful job. My house looks amazing. Highly recommend this company.

We’ve been using Ivey for a few months now and are extremely happy. Patti, who comes to our house does an amazing job with cleaning and very polite and respectful. If I ever have questions, Krystal (owner), is quick to respond and very understanding. We had a minor flood in our basement before a visit and I had to do a last minute cancellation. Krystal was very understanding and didn’t charge with the late notice knowing it was out of our control. Not many businesses are as understanding so this is definitely a good cleaning service with reasonable pricing.

This was a fantastic experience! They let me know when they were en route, arrived with smiles and got started! The 2 young ladies were so busy wiping and dusting and moping and now my house looks perfect! I can't recommend Ivey enough!! Krystal and her team are amazing. The cleaning they provide is 5⭐️ and I have no complaints with the job they do. They charge a reasonable price and they show up when they say with in the window they provide.

Krystal and her team do a great job! I manage several rental properties and they do all kinds of jobs for me - move out cleanings, post-construction cleaning, paint-prep cleanings, etc. They are always on time and very responsive.
