Great customer service, they are always willing to help, and the most important the therapist is the best therapist I know. Her name is Yoandra, and she si loving, patient, passionate, about her job and helping my son, that I have no words to describe my gratitude!

After my son spent several months—almost a year—with this agency, I was very disappointed to learn that his therapist was not properly certified and did not have ABA experience. As a result, his sessions and services were put on hold, and we had to look for another agency. Thankfully, he will be starting with a new provider soon. It was especially upsetting that his music therapy was stopped and art therapy was put on hold without proper notice or explanation. While I don’t blame the individual therapists, I do feel the agency should have ensured their staff had the necessary qualifications so children’s progress wouldn’t be disrupted. What I initially thought was a reliable agency turned out to be quite the opposite. I hope they improve their standards so other families don’t have to go through the same experience.

Yoandra, my son's music therapist, is doing an excellent job. My son loves exploring various instruments, and if your child has autism, consider music therapy—it truly makes a positive impact on their learning and brings them joy.

Extremely happy with Miss Lorayne! We have had such a positive experience with its Vivace. My daughter, Ella, has truly benefited from her music therapy sessions. Lorayne is not only a talented musician, but she also has a deep understanding of how to connect with Ella on a personal level in such a short period of time. She tailors each session to Ella’s unique needs, making it both therapeutic and enjoyable for her. I Looove Vivace. Today I had a visit of a supervisor that came home to make sure everything is going on well with my son and the music therapy! He was awesome making sure my son is learning well. My son therapist is amazing Sheila is very compassionate and lovable with my son. She have a huge background of music. 🎶

AMAZING THERAPY FOR OUR CHILDREN ! We started our therapy this past weeks all of my 3 children got approved ! My son age 20 month , my youngest daughter age 11 yrs old and my oldest daughter age 13 . My children are receiving 4 sessions each per week the company was super fast on getting us approved and even faster to find a therapist which was able to come to our home . In less than 2 weeks they processed our referrals and found a therapist. Now let’s talk about our therapist and our experience with her ( her name is Ms.Dulce ) we even called her Grammy Dulce . She is JUST PERFECT!!! Which is the Best word that I can use to kind of explain a little all About her . She has many years of experience in music , master degree in music , the most sweetest personality , caring , loving , was able to connect with all of the children even tho they are in completely different age stages , she is amazing at teaching , I mean ppl when I tell you she is PERFECT she is PERFECT!!!!!!!!! If you are looking for the most HONEST review look at my reviews ! If it socks it socks ! But when I describe something as PERFECT I mean it !!!!! IS PERFECT!!! She came to our lives as an Angel send by God . The whole expletive has been indescribable in the good way ! I highly recommend this therapy for any type of diagnosis and for any ages . Thanks to this amazing company for providing this services and for having the best therapist any company can have . And Dulce is a MOST keep for ever. !!!!!!

Teacher Denys is the BEST, super serious, responsible, respectful, sweet, supportive, patient and caring! My son Noah is obsessed with music and he has learned sooo much with him! They have been having classes for some months now and I can see how passionated he is about his music class! 100% recommended! 💗🙏🏼

My son has been receiving music therapy since last year, and we absolutely love it! He truly enjoys the sessions. Our therapist, Juan Carlos, is not only highly professional but also incredibly kind and caring with him. We can see our son making progress every day in both his musical skills and his overall approach to music.
